My 5 Day Experiment With The Unified Tribe and Yo Le

by jordan on May 11, 2010

The Unified Tribe came into existence about 2 weeks ago and it’s definitely been the talk of the town.  The tribe concept is not new, but this tool however, is brand new.  The overall simplicity and raw power of this tool is simply amazing.  I’ve conducted an experiment over the past 5 days to truly see what my results would be from the unified tribe alone, and got some pretty cool results.  My good friend Yo Le also conducted the same experiment, and he got some even greater results than I did.  This experiment is the reason you’ve not heard from me in about a week, but now I’m back to stay.

For those of you that are new to this concept you’re going to want to learn about this unique social media marketing strategy before you go any further.  Now that you know what this concept is all about, I’m going to tell you what the unified tribe is all about, and the results of my friend’s and my experiments were.  The unified tribe takes the tribe concept and simplifies it to the extreme by centralizing everyone in one single place.  The fact that there are now thousands of active people sharing your content is the reason why the exposure is so great with this tool.

For those of you that are active in tribes on Facebook you know that out of the thousands of members in the tribes very few were truly active on a regular basis.  Now I’m not saying that Facebook Tribes are useless, because in fact they are a great way to get exposure.  In fact I was getting 100-200 visitors daily to my blog for free with them.  However, I was also spending hours and hours in those tribes on a daily basis to maintain that exposure, thus leaving very little time for me to do other marketing strategies.  Not that it was a bad thing, because I was generating enough traffic and enough leads to sustain my business, but that didn’t leave much room for growth in other areas.  In the Unified Tribe I am getting my daily participation and marketing done in less than 30-40 minutes.

On to Our Experiment…

Moving on to our experiment and the results we’ve achieved in the past 5 days.  My good friend Yo Le and I decided to stop all other marketing and do nothing but submit to the Unified Tribe for the past 5 days to truly know the results we could achieve on less than 15 minutes of marketing in a day.  So, we  didn’t write any blog posts, or post in any Facebook groups, add any friends, or even participate in our own tribes on Facebook.  The results were staggering to say the least.  I averaged between 150-237 visitors a day to my blog and between 4-12 leads a day from my blog.  Yo Le Averaged between 150-500 visitors a day to his blog and 12-25 leads a day from his blog.

You might not see clearly, but his traffic jumped from around 50-100 visitors daily up to over 400 in a single day.

The coolest part is now that we know we can achieve these great results with such little effort, we’re going to be able to spend a lot more time expanding our marketing strategies into other areas.   Imagine what your day would look like if you could compact 3 hours of marketing into less than 30 minutes.  How much other stuff would you be able to get done in your life and your business?

Let Yo Le Show you His STEP-By-STEP plan of how he gets these visitors in this FREE Training

To Your Massive Success,

Jordan, I am brand new to network marketing. I was a participant in the Webinar Yo Le gave last night andI like the concept of the Unified Tribe. It is a powerful tool and I can understand why marketers are flocking to partake in this tribe. Wow! I was blown away.

Hi Jordan,

Those are some pretty sweet results for you both, are you able to tell which pieces of content (or type of content) is generating the most traffic?

Cheers
John

Hi Jordan,

I joined last Thursday and have been getting around 60 – 70 visitors a day and getting 2- 4 leads per day just from Unified. It is quick and easy to use and for something that has been going just 2 weeks it is looking like a very good tool to use.

Glad to hear that Dona… It's truly amazing how a person can leverage their time with the internet. I'm still amazed every day.

Jordan Schultz May 11, 2010 at 3:50 PM

yes… Content that people feel is good for their readers as well. This means you want to spend your time about once per week writing something that is going to blow your readers away.

Jordan Schultz May 11, 2010 at 3:51 PM

What a great idea for the experiment. I just got my blog up and haven’t had time to market yet at all, really, except The Unified Tribe. I haven’t even got my RSS stuff all going. But it’s been great, I’ve had visitors and comments, all from The Unified Tribe. It’s been really great. :) Thanks for sharing your awesome results!

Thanks for sharing this amazing experiment! I’m glad that you eliminated other marketing for a full week to truly demonstrate the power of Unified Tribe.

Unfortunately, I missed the special offer (I was at my J.O.B) and I thought I would sit this one out. After your results and explanations, (only 30 minutes a day is amazing) I will be signing up shortly as well!

Thanks again for spending the time to effectively evaluate this new tool!

Cara Oberfoell May 12, 2010 at 3:24 AM

Thanks for taking time off of other marketing strategies to truly show the effectiveness of Unified Tribe.

Nice to read about the experiment in print too Jordan. One the greatest advantages is that of saving time which is a commodity that we all find extremely precious in this industry. As with all tools and strategies, if you take action you will see results.

I agree completely! For those of us that do not even blog that much it is worth it! I just got off the phone with someone who found me because of the Unified Tribe. I left a message and he called me back to learn more.
Great work on the experiment guys…so what about the FaceBook tribes?

martinmicka May 12, 2010 at 5:06 PM

Hi Jordan, great post. How can I know the number of visitors on my blog?

Jordan Schultz May 12, 2010 at 5:08 PM

Get this Plugin “WordPress.com Stats” and you can view them right in your wordpress back-office.

Jordan Schultz May 12, 2010 at 5:09 PM

Jordan,

And the results keep continuing to roll in my friend…

We're both in 2 categories on the the leader boards. You're in both the 7 day total signups as well as 7 day increase in signups. I'm in the 7 day total leads and 7 day lead increase.

How cool is that? :)

Looking forward to sharing the results a few weeks down the road.

- Yo

P.S. Maybe I'll pick up the phone and call some of those leads this week. HAHA

Jordan Schultz May 14, 2010 at 9:35 AM

Traffic and leads have taken off and my Alexa rating continues to drop
faster and faster on a daily basis.

It is great being able to connect with others and share good content
