Now that you know that people simply want you to contact them so they know you’re there to support them, doesn’t that make it a whole lot easier??

Would you like to know how to get rid of your fear of talking on the phone?

Do you think that your business would grow dramatically if you no longer had that crazy little phone phobia?  I know that my business has increased at least 500% since I got over my fear of talking on the phone about 8 months ago.  The coolest thing is that it’s actually extremely easy to do when a JEDI Master of Influence tells you how.

I remember about a year ago, I figured I could be like Daegan Smith and not ever call my leads and build a thriving business.  I was extremely stubborn for about 6 months, thinking that if I could get my leadflow up to 50-100 free network marketing leads per day, that I would be able to sign people up without ever speaking to them.

To become effective at MLM sponsoring…

You must have belief in your product, your company, and the fact that you can and will show people how to transform their lives with your help.  If you don’t have belief in what you do, neither will anyone who you’re presenting to.

Check out the post I did about the reason I joined Network marketing… having a solid reason will help you with your own belief level.

In the video below I go over in detail some of the mlm sponsoring secrets I’ve been personally using to put as many as 4 people in my team in a single week.

The other thing I’ve come to realize recently is the power of having a solid team to help you with your mlm sponsoring.  That is what this entire industry is founded on, is being able to leverage off of the success of others and have them help you through your journey to becoming successful.  I never knew the power of the 3-way call until about a month ago, and now I have every interested prospect get on a 3-way call with my sponsor or one of the team leaders in Numis.

You should always leverage the tools (recorded presentations, brochures, audio presentations) and your team to show your prospects that this really is just a game of finding interested people and giving them more information so they can make an informed decision.  By using the tools and the team you’re also showing them that they’re not by themselves when they decide to start a business with you and your company.

The most important part of MLM sponsoring…

The most important part of mlm sponsoring is having a daily or weekly action plan that will lead to mlm success.  Decide which marketing methods will work for you to generate leads and get people onto the business presentation, and then follow a daily action plan to put a certain number of people on your presentation.

MLM sponsoring really is simply a numbers game.  The more network marketing leads you generate the more people you’ll sponsor.  That doesn’t mean that you don’t want to form a solid connection with your prospects or that you don’t want to treat your team members like human beings, because you do want to do that.  What it means is that a majority of the people you present an offer to, and even those that see your presentation and go on to get more information from your company or your sponsor will not join your business.

Multiple exposures are key to MLM sponsoring.

Most people will not join on their first exposure to the business.  This is why you will do a 3-way call, and then get that person to a live webinar or presentation so that they get very comfortable with the ideas of your company and your products and really see that the team is there to support them when they start their business.

Does getting on the phone and calling your MLM prospects seem like a daunting task?

When you know that your mlm prospects actually want to talk with you, your fear of the phone vanishes.  When you’re offering a solution as solid as MyLeadSystemPro, and more importantly you know it, you feel great getting on the phone with your prospects not to convince them into buying into the system and joining your team, but rather discovering their problems and offering a solution.

Here are a few tips on how to make your mlm prospects want to talk with you

• Discover what problems they’re having in building their business and give them some free advice on how to solve those problems via email, blog posts, videos, webinars, etc…
• After you get efficient at your main marketing strategy, make sure to get your name and brand all over the social networks so that your prospects see you everywhere
• Put your own videos into your websites rather than using the general videos that MLSP offers (people will get to know you better and feel more comfortable with you on the phone… They’ll actually think you’re a celebrity)
• Make sure you give your contact information to your mlm prospects so they can get in touch with you if they don’t leave you their phone # (make it easy for them to contact you)
