Having dreams bigger than your problems is necessary to success, Definiteness of purpose – it's not enough to have vague wishes, we need a truly crystal clear mental picture of what we want. IT'S A VERY POWERFUL MOTIVATION. I do the same, i have a vision board when I put my dreams pictures.

You've got to have a vision board, otherwise you don't know what you're aiming for! Seeing what you want every single day will certainly make you work 10 times harder than you would otherwise work.
