David Wood has taught me a lot, but this 1 thing really is awesome…

It was more or less something that I watched him accomplish about 18 months ago, and I knew instantly that I had to do the same thing.  Although since then, David Wood has given me an exact name for it, and explained why it works so well.  When you implement this one concept into your life and your business you will achieve phenomenal results with ease.  I’m going to get to what he taught me in a minute, but first I want to answer a very important question.

Who is David Wood and why should you pay attention?

David Wood has been involved in the network marketing industry basically since he was like 13 or so when his dad brought him to an Amway meeting, and he’s been an avid student to this game ever since.  He achieved some success in multiple companies over the years, but was always enjoying other things in life too much to take it full time.  Then something dramatic happened…

He was sleeping in his van with his wife in Hawaii (they were homeless) and they got a ticket from the police for being homeless for their last $35, and that’s when he decided enough is enough.  David Wood sought out another network marketing company and joined, and then immediately began looking for an easier way to generate leads and people to talk to about his business.  That’s when he stumbled across MLSP through my good buddy Adam Chandler.  He hit the ground running with MLSP and has become #1 earner in MLSP and #1 recruiter in Numis Network.

Now I want to share with you the concept that David Wood taught me that has helped him achieve massive success, and is quickly paving the way for a lot of massive success I myself am seeing.  I’m talking about the “Power Triangle”.

Here’s how this works…

1. The prospect trusts you enough to talk to you
2. You get the prospect on the phone with an expert
3. You edify the expert and because the prospect trusts you, they respect the expert
4. The expert speaks with your prospect and edifies you
5. The prospect trusts you more because they respect the expert who just edified you
6. The prospect wants to do business with you because they trust you even more now

This concept works great when you’re at any level in your business, and when you achieve more success and are able to connect with bigger experts this works extremely well.  Basically, the bigger your expert, the bigger the trust your prospect will have with you after the conversation or exposure.  In the case of David Wood and also what’s now happening with me, getting edified by Brian Fanale and Norbert Orlewicz of MLSP doesn’t even require a conversation with your prospect, but rather just public notoriety.

When David Wood was on a webinar for MLSP, they told the world he was awesome, and he ran with it all the way to the top.  I just got featured on a webinar about 3 weeks ago, and it has been a phenomenal ride ever since.  People that I don’t even know are contacting me and asking me if they can join my business.  Other leaders in the industry are willing to work more closely with me and help me push even higher to the top.  The power triangle was not invented by David Wood, but that is the first place I heard the concept explained so clearly to me.
