You know there are thousands if not tens of thousands of people promoting the exact same company that you’re promoting, right? So, why would someone want to join you in this company verses any of the other thousands of people in this company? It is absolutely necessary that you become valuable to your prospects and your team members. If you’re not a commodity to these people, you’ll rarely sign up new team members, and you’ll quickly lose existing team members. Once you start branding yourself rather than your business, people will flock to you in search of guidance, and it won’t matter what business you’re involved with.
