I found myself shocked last night when I heard the news that a fast-growing company, IlearningGlobal tv was shutting its doors to the MLM industry and all of its distributors were out of luck. The reason I was shocked so much was because this company has a solid product, and had some pretty MASSIVE Team Builders working hard to grow the company and succeeding. I don’t really want to focus on IlearningGlobal tv, but rather the importance of the “You INC” Business model to your MLM Success.
What is the You INC Business Model?
Simply put, this business model is based around you as an individual. You are basing the entire company around your specific talents and skills rather than what network marketing company you’re promoting. You might even have your own personal training courses put together that you sell for profit, or just use to build a team of network marketers. When your company is focused around you as an individual you’ll never have to worry about what will happen if Your Network Marketing Company decides to close the doors on you. This might not be the case for a lot of recent IlearningGlobal distributors who got the door closed, and maybe didn’t have their business based around themselves. This is unfortunate, however, a valuable lesson to be learned for those who had their business based around IlearningGlobal tv alone.
Now I have a few friends who were in ILearningGlobal TV, and when this shut down it was shocking, however they were not down and out. Their “You INC” Businesses were still up and running and making money for them. All they have to do now is discuss with their team and decide what company they feel is best fit for them and their business. When you have the “YOU INC” business model set up and running properly it’s very easy to plug a company like ILearningGlobal in as an income stream and then to take it out seamlessly and plug another income stream in its place.
Another thing to dive deeper into with the “You INC” Business model is having multiple income streams solely dependent on how you build your business and what you want to fit into your business. If your only source of income is from your primary MLM business, forget about losing your entire income if it ever shuts down like iLearningGlobal TV just did, but realize how much money you’re leaving on the table by not implementing Affiliate Marketing. Having an Affiliate Sales funnel on the front end of your mlm business allows for income from the 95% of people who will never join your primary business.
This is the sole reason why my friends who were in ILearningGlobal aren’t stressed out about losing that income stream and why they’re still on course for MLM Success. They’re still making money with their affiliate sales funnel from the 95% of people who will never join their primary business opportunity. The best piece of advice I can give to anyone is to Position your business around yourself, set up an Attraction Marketing Blueprint, and be prepared in case your primary MLM company decides to close it’s doors just like ILearningGlobal did yesterday.

I will miss iLearning Global but my business will continue using whatever new income stream I take on in addition to my current streams of income. Tremendous insight here Jordan. Those that did develop their leadership within ILG will be just fine and have their team with them. It’s not their fault. You are right, it is about you, not the company BUT people follow you, they want someone they can trust and rely on, that will guide them right.People dont want to have to start all over building a company every few years, they want to build it once and build it right and for it to outlast them. But, as a leader, you are held to a higher standard, Dont lead your people astray again. Find out the truth and follow it. I am really not surprised at all about Ilearning Global. What I am surprised about is the number of people who are so very intelligent and have such great knowledge, yet do not have the basic understanding what to look for before joining a company. I am not being hard on people, because I was the same way when I got started but I learned how to think for myself and did alot of research and training to find out what is required in a sound company because I got taken a time or two in the beginning too.
iLearning Global was apart of many folks lives as you know Jordan, but I am grateful we have learn the importance of personal branding and attraction marketing as many others are coming to learn. Great post! Thank you!

For those that don't know. Its about YOU. Market YOU. If the company shuts down YOU are still branded. This is why its important to lay the foundations of ones business down and thats personal branding. Great post Jordan!
