Are You Ready To Live The Dream Lifestyle You’ve Always Deserved

by jordan on July 31, 2010

I’m sure you’ve heard a lot about My Lead System Pro’s “Live the Dream Event” that’s coming up in Las Vegas in October.  I’m writing this not to tell you about that event, but rather to tell you a story.  In fact, I’m going to tell you my story that started last January when I began my business.

Before I get into the story, I want to let you know where my mindset was really at.  I was under the assumption that I would join this business, advertise on Google and the money would simply flow in.  I was more concerned with the act of making the money than I was with learning how to do what it took to make the money.

Let me go into that a little further.  Around March of 2009 I came to my sponsor and told him I was ready to make the big money, so I wanted to upgrade myself to be able to make the $1000 commissions rather than the measly $150 commissions I was eligible for.

The problem was that I hadn’t even made a single penny yet.  I told him this was the last of my money, and he told me that I’d be better to invest it in coming out to meet some people at a live event that was coming up in Las Vegas in a few months.  I didn’t realize how important surrounding myself with successful people was, I simply thought if I spent $2000 to upgrade myself that I would all of a sudden begin to make sales like crazy.  Now let me tell you… I didn’t make any sales for a very long time.

It was about 6 months later when I finally made my first $1000 commission, and that was because I had developed myself, and surrounded myself with the right people.

Now let me bring you ahead around to this past 5 months of my business.  6 months ago I realized that I must develop myself more if I ever wanted to make a lot of money.  So I got to work.  Over the next 6 months after that decision I went from losing money every month to putting around $3k into my bank account.

Then 3 weeks ago I went to the No Excuses Summit in Las Vegas.  Boy did my business change since I decided I was going to this event.  It’s amazing.  I’ll be truthful… I couldn’t even afford to go to this event when I decided, and you can read all about that in my interview with Bryan and Ryan Tate.

Since getting home from this event:

  • I’ve put $3889.75 into my bank account this month alone. (and counting…)
  • I met an awesome friend at that event who is taking me down to Austin Texas to meet with Mike Dillard at his Magnetic Sponsoring office to have Mike go through our business plan with usDid I mention he’s taking me for FREE
  • My Business has pretty much Begun to Sky-Rocket…

Are you beginning to see the life-changing power of getting to a live event and meeting some wonderful people???

Getting to a live event has some powerful mindset development abilities that you can’t even believe exist… One of the reasons I believe it’s so powerful is because you get to meet all of these successful people, and you realize that they’re REAL… and  the only difference between them and most people is they decided to achieve success and didn’t give up.

My advice to you is to stop making excuses about why you can’t achieve success, or why you can’t afford to go to a live event, and make the decision right now to get to the “Live the Dream” event in Las Vegas in October.

I’ll Be there… Will You??

Great Post Jordan!

Unless you have been successful before, I think we all had the mindset of the act of making money instead of learn how to make money. It like the saying goes “Catch a fish for a man and you feed him for a day, teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”. Thanks for sharing!
