I’m sure you’ve heard that you should have a mastermind group to achieve MLM Success. First off, you must understand exactly what a mastermind group is. It consists of 2 or more people who work in perfect harmony for the attainment of a definite purpose. Now knowing what this means, you must realize that it would always be easier for you to achieve your goals with the help of others.

I want to tell you a little bit about my life and my business before and after I found my mastermind group. Before I realized I needed a mastermind group to actually achieve success, I truly thought that I could do everything on my own. I thought that everyone who wasn’t in my personal team had no potential to help me with my business. I only thought of myself and the money me and my team would make. Although I was following an attraction marketing formula, I still wasn’t achieving the success I should have been because I was missing that one key component.
Thinking in this fashion only about the good of myself and my team really got me nowhere fast. I made a little bit of money, I signed some team members up, and so did they. However, all that trickled off to nothing because we didn’t have a true mastermind alliance working together.
Move forward a few months to when I finished reading Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” and realized the key component that was missing from my business and my life that was holding me and my team back from achieving the success we deserved. I almost immediately connected with a guy who was on the same path as me. He had the “can-do-anything” attitude of a true entrepreneur, and he literally was willing to do whatever it took to achieve MLM success.
We created our Mastermind Group
So we began meeting and talking on a regular basis. We shared ideas with one another about things we had encountered in our studies, problems we had run into, and people we had met and learned from. We were constantly looking for ways to take our business to the next level. The best part of having this mastermind group was that we held each other accountable for what we were getting done in our business.
We then started to encounter other people who were also like-minded and looking for a mastermind group. Thus our group grew some more. We now had 4 minds thinking about how to achieve mlm success rather than just 1 or 2 minds. Note that we weren’t even in the same business opportunity. Our weekly meetings became so packed with knowledge that we decided to open our meetings to the world through live webinars. We are now attracting some much greater minds than our own to our mastermind group because we’re working together to achieve these goals. This is the true power of a mastermind alliance.
Before the institution of a mastermind group into my life, I was struggling to make money on a consistent basis with my business. Now that I’ve gathered a mastermind group into my business, I’m making money almost daily in a lot of areas of my business. I have people flocking to me wanting to join my team and be mentored by me and my mastermind. My suggestion to you would be to start actively seeking other individuals to create your own mastermind alliance, and work together to achieve all of your goals.

Masterminds are a great way to leverage others to be able to help increase your and their results. When I conduct monthly masterminds, we always focus on a challenge someone is presented with and we all help that person overcome it.
Sometimes the answers are obvious and sometimes they are not so obvious. A solution eventually surfaces, thanks to the power of the mind.
This is a great way to get results.

Jordan, Again I must say, I truly appreciate what you do, not only for myself, but so many others that are connecting with you and through you. I agree, Napoleon Hill is a timeless, brilliant treasure. I could not put his book down when I started reading! Those reading this, please be cautious taking in that last statement. Think & Grow Rich is not a book you should 'read', it is a book that is worthy of being studied! Carelessly I “read” right past the part that told me to study it. After going into maximum mental overload, I went back and realized why.
A mastermind group is an amazing entity, partnership and journey. My greatest advice to anyone looking to form, create, or be part of a mastermind group is this; keep it simple and focused. I love the mastermind I created, and I love how it energizes my own mind by others. I agree also Jordan, to your comment to Steve, when the time is right, the ones needed will come. I think there is no one person with sufficient experience and ability to succeed in the life without the cooperation with other people. Its true that starting or joining a mastermind group can provide business support, resources and accountability to promote the business as well as it is important for business owners to find a mastermind group that meets their specific needs and desires.
I live in Miami, Florida, and I am very interested in joining a mastermind group. I’m pretty ambitious as I have lofty goals. Also, I definitely like to think outside the box” and I’m looking for a group of people who have that “can do” attitude. Anyone have suggestions? Also, what does MLM stand for?
