These 2 leaders had one simple message to share, and it is that you have to decide to work unimaginably hard until you reach the success you want and desire. When you decide to become successful, you will not stop working until it happens. Once you make that decision there are a few things you can do to start achieving mlm success.
What is the difference between an MLM top earner and the bottom 97%?
The top earners studied marketing techniques until they found the one that would work for them. Then they worked that technique until they achieved massive results. The bottom 97% will jump from one technique to the next never sticking with one long enough to achieve success. A top earner will find a company that is suitable, and stick with that company until they become the top earner. They know that it’s not necessarily the company or the compensation plan that will make them successful. People in the bottom 97% will jump around from one company to the next always hoping for success.
Some people that come into this industry will have hopes that this will work for them. Hope is not going to create a successful business. That mindset has to be changed right away. You cannot hope that something will work. You have to know that something is going to work no matter how long it takes you to figure it out. No one person will help you achieve success. You alone are responsible for the success you will achieve in your life. You must realize that you’re the one that put yourself in the position you’re in today, and only you can work to get yourself to a position you want to be in.
Who do you surround yourself with?
You must surround yourself with people that are above your means and your success level. Look at your 4 closest friends, and think about where they are in their lives. Are they more successful than you or less successful than you are? If you want to become successful you have to bring successful people into your life. Find the leaders in your industry and talk with them, learn from them, and you will become like them. This might also mean that you need to cut certain people or things out of your daily life that are holding you back mentally. If you constantly surround yourself with people who have a mindset for success that is much lower than yours, you too will maintain that mindset.
What is your value to the marketplace?
This is something you must think about heavily. Everyone will have something valuable that they can share with others, you just need to figure out what yours is. If you don’t have any value to give to others right now, then you can start by investing in your education. Invest either time or money into learning different skill sets that are needed for success in this industry. The more knowledge you soak up about this industry, the more valuable you’ll become to others. When you have value to share with others, they will want to follow you and you will achieve success.
How can you shift into the mindset of an entrepreneur?
Attend company training calls regularly. Read the recommended success books such as “Think and Grow Rich”, and “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. Soak up as much information as you can about personal development, and make yourself a valuable commodity to your coming team members. Make the decision right now that you will become an mlm top earner and don’t let anything stand in your way. Don’t make excuses why you can’t get the work done. Know that if other people have become successful with the same systems you’re using, then you also can do it with a lot of hard work.
