I met Norbert Orlewicz this past weekend in Las Vegas at the No Excuses Summit. I had the pleasure of meeting almost all of my mentors whom I’ve been learning from over the past 13 months of my business. What amazing advice. And, just by making that very small change can create such a big difference in someone’s business. I learned a long time ago it’s not the big shifts, but the small ones that make the difference. This is the principles of Kaizen.
