Passion- Find a business you can be passionate about!  You must enjoy what you’re doing day after day enough so that it doesn’t seem so much like work.  This is something that’s going to take a lot of effort, and if you’re dreading putting in the time, you’ll never achieve the success that you want.  An easy way to get passion for what you’re doing is to set goals, visualize those goals with pictures if necessary, and think about those goals every single day until you can’t imagine living without achieving them.

Self Branding- Promote yourself rather than promoting your company!  This is the only way to make you stand out from the crowd.  You know there are thousands if not tens of thousands of people promoting the exact same company that you’re promoting, right?  So, why would someone want to join you in this company verses any of the other thousands of people in this company?  It is absolutely necessary that you become valuable to your prospects and your team members.  If you’re not a commodity to these people, you’ll rarely sign up new team members, and you’ll quickly lose existing team members.  Once you start branding yourself rather than your business, people will flock to you in search of guidance, and it won’t matter what business you’re involved with.
