After I watched this video I put together my own little launch.  I decided how many new people I could take on my team this month and train privately.  This is not something I do for everyone joining my team, because I simply don’t have the time… However, I was testing this method out to see how it worked.  So I created my launch. I decided that I could give up to 20 hours of my time to privately train new team members.  I let everyone on my list know that I was accepting a maximum of 5 people. I also let them know that I was holding a competition for the 5 of them to win a brand new 16 GB Apple Ipad.

I followed the instructions that Mark had shared with me in that video.  As I mentioned earlier, I really didn’t know exactly what I was doing because he only shared brief parts of what he actually did to create his launch, and I had to piece it together on my own.  Never-the-less, people were anxious to work with me and be privately mentored by me.  In Fact, I had to turn some people away simply because they weren’t the right type of person for what it is that I do.  That was the beauty of following what Mark showed me, is that I actually had more people than I could handle wanting to join my team.

Now let me fill you in on the real key to making this work out the way that it did.  I have built a list of loyal followers.  Don’t worry about the size of my list, because it really doesn’t matter, but more importantly focus on how I treat my list.  I give value to my readers daily.  What I mean by this is that I share valuable information that actually helps them with their business on a daily basis for free.  I follow an Attraction Marketing Formula to build my business, and it works like a charm.

In order to be able to share the kind of value that they want and need, I must first become a sponge for knowledge.  In particular marketing knowledge and anything that can help achieve success in network marketing or internet marketing.  Anything that I find that helps me in any way with my business; I turn around and share it freely with my readers.  I don’t hold anything back either.  I share as much information as I can for free.

The point is that I share so much information freely with my readers that they’ve come to trust me. In fact, most of the people that joined my team didn’t even pay attention to the fact that I was holding a contest.  They simply wanted me to mentor them and give my time to them.  I’m not telling you all of this to toot my own horn, but to let you know what is required of you so that you become a valuable leader and build a team of your own.

Remember… Knowledge is Power and Power will ultimately mean more money in your pocket and a life of freedom.  Become a student now, and then turn around and teach your students immediately.  When you teach enough people freely, you’ll find the right people to join your team and you’ll get a ton of other people to buy affiliate products that you recommend.

Now back to exactly what happened with my launch. First I told people I was accepting applications to join my team and be privately mentored by me.  (When you are a valuable asset to those on your list, you can do this and make them want to join you)  Then I got a bunch of applications, and I decided who I was going to pick.  (this was the key, because I was able to pick)  After a few days I began contacting my choices, and told them I had chosen them. I got immediate signups into my primary company.  This was hands-down the easiest way that I’ve ever been able to build my MLM Downline.  Now you go ahead and create a little launch of your own and get people to sign up into your primary business with ease.
