How to Send Files

- • All stems must have the exact same starting point.
- • Any processing on the Master Bus, Group Buss and Multistems must remain while exporting all stems
(Only process you can remove is limiter). EQs, Dynamics, Automations, Filters, Time FX etc. must be kept. - • Include Extended & Radio stems.
- • A reference mixdown must be supplied with the stems to ensure stem sync and understanding expectations.
- • Specify song title, BPM and sample rate.
- • Please label each stem clearly with the instrument group it contains.
- • Feel free to add any details that might contribute to the process.

- • All group stems must have the exact same starting point.
- • Any processing on the Master Bus and Group Buss must remain while exporting all stems

- • I accept up to 7 groups at a standard mastering process. They are subject to division as you see fit.
- • A reference mixdown must be supplied with the groups to ensure stem sync and understanding expectations.
- • Specify song title, Bpm and sample rate.
- • Please label each stem clearly with the instrument group it contains.
- • Feel free to add any details that might contribute to the process.

- • Export a stereo file of your mixdown to wav file only.
- • Use at least 24 bit depth, and whatever sample rate your session is running at.
- • Any processing on the Master Bus must remain while exporting mixdown
(Only process you should remove is limiter). - • Ensure that the song does not clip or hit 0 dBFS.
- • Feel free to add any details that might contribute to the process.

Turnaround time?
Mastering: 2–4 business days.
Stem Mastering: 3–5 days.
Mix Stems: 5–10 days depending on scope & scheduling.
Rushed projects will be done according to availability, just hit me up.
How many revisions are included?
I usually don’t have strict rules regarding revisions as long as they are on point, precise and clear.
Do you work under NDA?
Absolutely. I’m happy to sign an NDA. Your files and mixes stay private and are used only for your project.
Payment & booking?
To secure your spot, I kindly ask for upfront payment before we begin.
Should I include references?
Please do. Two or three current references (Spotify/YouTube links) help me hit the exact vibe/impact you want.
What if I am not satisfied?
NEVER HAPPENED!
As long as you are very clear on what you want and aiming for, I’ll do the best I can to deliver your vision to perfection.
Artist feedback timeline?
I completely understand that life can be hectic, but I ask for replies within a reasonable timeframe.
If more than 30 days pass after my first submission, any revisions will be subject to an additional fee.
